This derelict Castle on the grounds of The Hopetoun Estate has survived many years ever since it's erection. It has burned out a long time ago resulting in the Castle being merely an outer shell.
The Castle became famous over the past 10 years due to the Starz / Sony production " Outlander " on which I have been offering my sevices as an actor as well.
During the Tours I have done over the past few years, which you can still book if you want, I have visited this Castle many times with Outlander fans.
The picture is a great view of this magnificent Castle that still inspires film makers as well as fans of the Outlander Series.
